05Withdrawal of Funds

Gdwon333 is committed to processing member withdrawals promptly and securely. All withdrawals are processed to the bank account or digital wallet registered in your name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing times range from 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method, verification process, and current request volume.
• Your first withdrawal requires full identity verification (KYC) before it can be approved.
• Bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.

• Unused bonuses that are not utilised within the specified period will expire automatically with no compensation.

07Betting Rules

All wagers on the gdwon333 platform are subject to both general rules and the specific rules applicable to each game type or sport. It is the member's responsibility to understand these rules before placing any bet.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified except under specific circumstances as determined by gdwon333.
• In the event of a technical disruption affecting game outcomes, gdwon333 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return the funds to the member's account.
• Official results declared by recognised sports bodies or game providers are final and binding.
• For live Sports Betting (live matches), odds may change at any time in line with match developments. Confirmed bets will use the odds in effect at the time of confirmation.
• Any winnings resulting from technical errors, incorrect odds, or software bugs are void, and gdwon333 reserves the right to cancel such winnings.

08Prohibited Conduct

• Arbitrage Betting: Using multiple accounts or platforms to guarantee risk-free profits by exploiting differences in odds.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Gdwon333 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• At the member's own request to voluntarily close their account.
• Through a self-exclusion programme for members who apply to be barred from the platform.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact the gdwon333 customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal within the stipulated timeframe once all requirements have been met.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, gdwon333 reserves the right to withhold any funds associated with the violating activity pending the completion of an investigation.
